 Robert A. Smykowski has personally prepared living trust and estate plans for tens of thousands of clients over the course of a distinguished 44-year career. He is a highly experienced attorney whose practice is dedicated exclusively to living trusts and estate planning. Over more than four decades, he has earned a strong reputation for his expertise and reliability in this field. As a result, he receives numerous referrals from attorneys, CPAs, financial planners, insurance professionals, and satisfied clients. 

Mr. Smykowski resides in Poway, California, with his wife of 48 years. Together, they have raised four children. Their eldest daughter followed in his footsteps and is now a successful estate planning attorney with her own practice in Walnut Creek, California. Their son graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law, passed the California Bar, and has joined the firm. Their two youngest children have pursued careers in the technology sector: their daughter works as a financial analyst and technology consultant for a Fortune 500 company, and their son is an accomplished software platform engineer specializing in back-end systems and architecture.

In addition to his law degree, Mr. Smykowski holds a degree in electrical engineering from New York University and has completed coursework toward a Master of Business Administration. This technical background enables him to develop and maintain his own proprietary software, allowing for a highly efficient and streamlined process.
